Reselling Ebooks on Ebay

Selling ebooks on eBay that are resell rights or public domain is an exciting idea cause you don't have to do all the work it is done for you. Your content needs to be in high demand and on the internet there is so many niches and ebooks that you can literally find one in just about any subject you want. These products sell over and over again. I know cause I do this on a daily basis. So you one time investment can bring you great long time income. But you need to know that just placing a ebook on ebay does not automatically make it sell.

Though ebooks are easily delivered through digital delivery on ebay or you can send an email to the buyer with the product. But I recommend listing it as a digital product and having a download link for your customers to download right away cause instant gratification is very popular with the world and everyone wanting their products instantly.

I also have ebooks on cd for those that need the space on their hard drive and they build libraries of cds which can be kept for a lifetime and people will pay extra for that service. Some people still have dial-up and can't download the product if it very big anyway. So I have learn to do both.

Now you should know just because you put a ebook up on Ebay to sell does not mean it will sell. You need to know that you have to be unique in the way you sell it. Write good sales letter for your product and create good clear graphics unique for your product helps sell the product cause then you do not look like every other ebook seller out there.

You need to look at your ebook selling not as a hobby but a full time business and set up a ebay store. You need to look professional not just the occasional seller so customers will take you serious and you will get repeat business. Selling ebooks can be a professional business and if you want to make any money at it you need to treat it like one.

Be Unique.

Thousands of the same ebooks are sold everyday on ebay. You will see the auction titles look the same, the graphics are the same. So when you go into the group competition all you can do is hope for a sale which most ebook sellers do and they fail. You have to get a unique quality to your ebooks, think outside the box.

Read Differently

Write good sales copy for each of your auctions. Give it the look and feel of originality and uniqueness. Develop your sales pitch to make it stand out from the crowd. It boils down to the fact that you need to stand out to be seen. Find Resale Ebooks and see how others are selling them. Then use there tactics and ideas but package and write it with your words.

Offer Something More

Check out the competition and offer something more on each of your auctions. People love bonuses so include them. At one time you could beat them by having a better feedback or better price but not anymore. The market for ebooks has grown and you need to find a new sales gimmick for each product you sell.

Take several of the same subject ebooks and bundle them together and sell them. You will get a better response for your efforts. Make sure you read through each ebook you get for resell rights and its links and you have sales copy for your customers and graphics and ebay sales letters because if someone buys it and wants to resell it make it as easy as possible for them to resell and you will be above 50% of the sellers out there.
